Conroe ISD’s Grand Oaks zoning plan in the works as area continues to grow
Conroe ISD officials said the district is redefining its Grand Oaks feeder zone attendance boundaries for new schools Grand Oaks Junior High School and Kacy Arnold Elementary School.
