Conroe City Council terminates city administrator, accepts CFO’s resignation

Conroe City Council terminated the city’s contract with City Administrator Paul Virgadamo Jr. and accepted the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Steve Williams in a split 3-2 vote at the Aug. 11 meeting.
