Conroe City Council approves upgrades for Oscar Johnson Jr. Community Enrichment & Recreation Center

Conroe City Council approved two contracts Oct. 10 to help prepare the new Oscar Johnson Jr. Enrichment and Recreation Center for opening—one for a perimeter fence and another for interior furniture.
