Conn’s makes ‘transformative’ deal following another quarter of revenue declines, net losses

Conn’s Inc. is acquiring Florida-based home furnishing retailer W.S. Badcock LLC. The deal creates a $1.85 billion furniture and appliances retailer with more than 550 locations in 15 southeastern U.S. states.
