Confused about cancellation fees with eletricity plan

My apartment lease is ending soon and I will be moving back to my permanent address back home. Does this qualify as a moving exemption for cancellation fees with my eletricity contract? I'm confused about the wording of the rule since I'm not technically moving to a new location right as I end my eletricity service. Is the termination of a lease enough of evidence to consitute "moving"?
