Conference hotel recommendations

A nonprofit group that I am a part of is looking for a venue to host our statewide conference in 2023. The conference venue moves to different cities around Texas but we haven't been in Houston in at least 6 or 7 years. I'd like to suggest a site in Houston or the surrounding area. I was initially thinking the Woodlands Marriott, but it doesn't exactly have easy access to the airports. Does anyone have a recommendation for a hotel and conference center to accommodate about 300 attendees that is nice, not super expensive, and has decent access to either Hobby or IAH?
