Concussion Specialist Recommendations

I'm looking for a good concussion specialist in Houston to help with persistent concussive syndrome. Does anyone have good experience with either a sport injury specialist or neurologist that deals with concussions? I have a hand full of doctors through Google and insurance, but the reviews are spars.

Are there any other tips you can provide to help with recovery and navigating the use of a specialist? Never been to a doctor outside of my GP.
