Concrete skeleton Spotify ad

So driving home from work and I was on the highway and I saw a projected video ad for spotify on the rundown high-rise (its a couple blocks from the church with the stained glass mural of Christ with the exposed torso) that is all but the concrete frame work of a building has anyone else seen this or captured a picture or video of it

Edit : it was on the I-45 south just before the exit to 69/288
