Computer and phone repair shop reccomendations please

Does anyone have reccomendations for a reputable computer repair shop that's trust worthy and doesn't cost an arm and a leg to get repaired? (Ideally within the inside loop, even better if within the south part of the loop)

Additionally what is an expected reasonable diagnostic fee and average labor cost?

My laptop recently gave the blue screen of death and I was hoping to somehow retrieve the files and/or get the computer repaired. Is it even possible to get a computer repaired for under $200?
