Compostable / Biodegradable bags for leaves?

Since the CoH has changed the rules on yard waste bags, I'm looking for some good bags. It seems that they are all still undersized and overpriced even if they don't have the CoH symbol. Anyone had good luck finding some?

I'd get my own barrel and put it out, but I'd need 5 of them for my typical leaf collection seasons.
