Company seeking to redevelop former SA brewery files for bankruptcy

The latest entity to try its hand at redeveloping the site of San Antonio’s shuttered Lone Star Brewery has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

Lone Star Brewery Development Inc., which lists Houston-based Parkview Capital Credit Inc. as its sole shareholder, claims in its filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas that it has more than $27.1 million in total liabilities and just over $30 million in total assets, including $30.52 in total personal property.
