Companies that do residential mercury remediation

A friend in Deer Park had a mercury spill in her home's garage – the amount is larger than what's in a thermometer, so she can't collect it and drop it off at a facility. Health Dept was notified. Now she's having a really hard time finding a company that will do residential remediation – any info / recommendations are much appreciated. Thanks, y'all!
