Commute to ExxonMobil Houston Campus

Is there any transportation to commute to the ExxonMobil Houston Campus without a car?

I am considering moving to Houston ( from outside of states) and it may be a month before I can get my own car.

1. Are there any carpooling apps that operate in Houston and would go till exxon campus?
2. What is the public transport situation ?
3. Does anyone know if Exxon has any office shuttles / buses running till city centre?
