Commute from Katy to UH Main campus?

so i'm gonna have to go from katy to uh main once school starts, and everyday all my first class starts at 10. i live off of westpark tollway, so how long in advance should i leave my house?

the commute would strictly be on westpark, not IH-10 or any other combination. thank y'all!
