Community gardens/gardening programs to donate extra seedlings/plants to?

I sometimes have more seedlings or volunteers than I have room or need for, or sometimes have a mature plant that needs rehoming- are there any community gardens or gardening programs that y'all are aware of that might accept veg, fruit, herb, or pollinator seedling donations? I don't have a ton, but if there's a cause that could use them I'd like to have a reliable place or two to check in with.
