Commotion near 99 and I-10 in Katy?

Checking in with folks to see if anyone has any clue what is going on right now on 99 in Katy near I-10. Two Sherriff's helicopters continue to circle above my house, and I see traffic beginning to back up on Google maps. Is there a car chase? Bad accident? Fugitive on the run?

UPDATE: It seems that the search area has moved to between Mason Rd and Westgreen Blvd near I-10.
SECOND UPDATE: Moved over to between Fry and Westgreen.
