Common Bond taken over by the Garza Group

I worked for this company for almost two years. At the beginning of the year it was bought out by the Garza Group and since then things quickly took a turn for the worst. No human resources, a serious lack of communication, and where is the Common Bond being formed with a company who seems to only want to hire fellow Latinos. I was recently let go and feel extremely discriminated against as the only dark skinned woman of color who worked there. If you are considering giving them your business think twice it is not the same accepting and employee oriented company that it once was. Also food quality is not being held to the same standards.
