Commercial Leasing Recommendations?

The company I work for is opening an office in Houston early next year and I'm looking for someone to help us find a warehouse/office space. If you're an agent, or your SO is an agent, or you've used an agent you love, or anything just drop me a reply or a private message.

I'm about 1200 miles away from Houston but I'll be down there every couple weeks for the next few months to see properties. I don't have any connections down there and so without a recommendation from someone here we're just picking a name out of a book.
