Cole’s Antique Market on Telephone in Pearland blocked by emergency vehicles

Just drove past Cole's and the driveway exit was blocked by what seemed to be 20+ emergency vehicles, all gathered around the crosswalk area where visitors go from the shops to the parking lot. Does anyone have any idea or way of checking what might've happened? Worst that comes to mind is someone plowing through a family mid crossing, but road rage gone wrong is possible too as I know people get impatient at that particular stop sign.
