Coffee Shops with Good parking

I love coffee shops and need a recommendation for a good one to hang out at since im new to houston but i drive a hearse and parking lots are my sworn enemy. I need somewhere i know i wont struggle to park or get ticketed for parking in. any ideas? also if anyone wants to go for a cup could use a coffee buddy too 🙂
