Clothes for bike commuting to work in Houston

I'm finally able to ride my bike to work on a semi regular basis and I can't wait! However, even on cooler days riding in Houston produces unholy volumes of sweat. Does anyone here have good recs for work type clothes that wick/survive a ride. Do y'all have other tips/tricks to account for the sweat? My workplace doesn't have showers or lockers so my ability to change into clean clothes is kind of limited.
