Closing cost assistance?

I am looking at buying a house in the next couple of months. I will be selling my current home and buying a new home for cash. So I don’t need mortgage assistance. I have looked online but all I find is down payment/closing cost assistance if you apply for a mortgage. I don’t need that. Does anyone know if there are any programs for closing costs only? I’m in Montgomery county. Thanks!
