Client asked about ground water in Houston, anyone got ground well water?

Been in the game for a while but never had a client seriously ask about ground water in Conroe and he asked about his other property in the heights…obviously this isn’t a real estate sub but figure someone may know something in the general Houston sub, does anyone have ground water they dug themselves or know of anyone and their process to finding and doing it in the Houston area?
