Cleveland Tx reliable property manager?

Hey everyone – I moved out of my Houston home couple years ago. I've tried a property manager but it isn't working out – we had issues with poor tenant screening, but thankfully no damage to the house. The house has been on the market for a few months without a tenant and I really need to figure out if I should sell or try to continue looking for a new tenant.

Anyone have experience with good / reliable property managers in the area?
