Cleaner/organizer (very dirty)

Where would i look to have someone come and help clean/organize an apartment that has gone to s**t, and has cat feces/urine. It hasn't been properly cleaned in 5 years and were moving. I don't want any judgment, not what I came for. I don't feel like I need these crime scene/hoarding services cause it's not like that, the only reason I'm not hiring a regular maid is because of the cat stuff. Does anyone deal with that or do I have to go with those crime scene people.
