CLB700’s level seats?

Hey all, I'm looking at some tickets for my girlfriend and I to go to this playoff game since we'll be in town for the weekend. We found some CLB700's level with complimentary buffet for around $200. Are club level tickets usually this cheap, especially for a playoff game? Also, does anybody have any experience with these club seats?
