CJ Stroud passing progressions, or lack thereof

I know there were concerns coming into the draft that Stroud stares down the WR he is going to throw to. Obviously it was his first game, but made a point to look specifically for this issue during the game, and it is definitely a concern. He rarely if ever made reads and progressions during the game. He either looked at one person the entire play or often panic scrambled a bit early. I'm hoping its just a composure issue and he gets comfortable as we go on. I think otherwise, he looks decent, but this is a huge issue that he's going to have to get over to become elite.
