City of Houston passes more initiatives to tackle homelessness

Houston City Council passed three items related to housing at weekly meetings that took place Feb. 8 and 15, including funding for the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston as well as for the purchase and development of land for a new Houston Area Women’s Center.
