City of Houston Gas Test

My apartment doesn't have gas for anything, neither do any of the other units. But because there is still a gas meter here from previous servics our landlord has had to schedule a gas test with them Monday where they will need to tour our units and I'm curious if anyone else has been through this before and knows what it entails?

I have a number of pets and don't have the money or the time to pack them up for day boarding, so I'm hoping its pretty quick and easy. Assuming they look mostly at kitchen appliances and water heaters (electric)? Glance around the walls for in laid heaters then call it a day?
