City of Houston Bill History Question

We've been living in the same house for almost 10 years with an average water bill of 30-50$/month. My parents stayed with us for 3 weeks this month and understandably our water usage increased. They don't take hour long showers, we don't have a watering system and haven't had major plumbing issues. Our usage jumped from 2000 to 7000 gallons in a month, which is wild.

We tried to review our usage for the year prior as my parents have lived with us before. The website won't display any information about our usage prior to January 2024. Figured I'd ask if others if your history from the year prior has also vanished. TIA.
