Cisne Salt for Picanha?

I am going to be making some picanha next weekend and was wondering if there are any stores in Houston that sell Cisne Salt? I’ve googled a bunch with no luck. Hoping someone has been able to find some in Houston before and can point me in the right direction. Thanks!
