Chris Shepherd to change One Fifth to Southern-style restaurant concept
After announcing he would cancel the last iteration of his rotating-concept restaurant, One Fifth, owner Chris Shepherd has changed his mind.Â
Starting Dec. 8, One Fifth will transition from its current iteration, One Fifth Mediterranean, to One Fifth Southern Comfort, according to a press release.Â
Chef de cuisine Matt Staph is developing a menu of jalapeño cornbread, oysters, boudin, fried shrimp platters and more. Shepherd requested crab-stuffed jalapeños specifically.
