Chris Olave Speeding

To the people talking about Chris Olave. Just want to add context. Chris was last ticketed for speeding ~54mph in a 35. He was arrested after speeding 70mph in the following spot at ~9pm at night which has a speed limit of 35mph. He didn't resist arrest and was released at 10:30pm, presumably after being booked and having a report filed.

I am not posting this to justify what he did, I just want to make it clear because, as Houstonians, we have all seen highways with no one around in LA that have 35-40mph speed limits. We also have seen poorly lit neighborhoods with the same speed limit. So I want proper context. Feel free to attack each other in the comments.
