Chris Cosentino’s Rosalie Italian Soul to reopen in C. Baldwin hotel after pandemic closure
The restaurant had only been open a few months before shuttering due to Covid-19 restrictions in March 2020. Now it’s back with a new executive chef and new food and beverage director.
