Chinese speaking wedding officiant

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know of a bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) wedding officiant that they recommend? My (white) and my fiancée (ABC) are looking for one and while bilingual is not required it would be a nice-to-have.

I’ve had a lot of trouble finding someone with Google, so turning to this forum for a last attempt.
