Chinese food/Pizza as a transplant

I’m from NJ, finding good Chinese food and Pizza can be challenging TO ME. Folks from the northeast know what I mean. I’m aware that Texas doesn’t excel in those food groups. Can anyone that’s from the northeast area suggest places here that are similiar in taste?

I would love to fill my cravings instead of waiting to get on a plane to do so.
