Chinese / Asian restaurants that can prepare soy free

As the title says, my wife is avoiding soy for health reasons but we are huge Chinese food fans. I saw that Rice Box has a soy-free fried rice which promoted me to wonder if there are other restaurants that can prepare items soy free or use coconut aminos as a replacement.
