Chill bar with good food for birthday?

Hey! We have a friends birthday coming up who wants a chill bar to host at. Preferably a place people can come and go easily (I.e., not a sit down dinner) but with good, somewhat healthier or more varied food. Any suggestions? Bonus if it has a good patio as the weather gets nicer! Thanks!
