Chevron marathon

New to Houston myself so not sure of how to find out much info on this.

My cousin is coming in from out of state to run the Chevron Marathon for the first time (yay, congrats)

I’m hoping to plan a hydration station on San Felipe near Randalls.

Big question is, Is this possible? Can we basically park at Randall’s on San Felipe & set of a station on the sidewalk/road where the race is??

Anyone have any advice or input??
