Chevron CEO says carbon capture projects face permitting and commercial barriers in Texas

Chevron is working on the Bayou Bend carbon capture and storage project in Jefferson County, Texas, and the company’s CEO has identified some of the obstacles facing such projects in the Lone Star State.
