Chefs, restaurant owners, etc with Rhode Island connections?

Hi all! My name is Alexa Gagosz and I'm a business and food writer with The Boston Globe's Rhode Island bureau. I am heading to Houston in a few days and I'm looking for chefs, restaurant owners, sommeliers, etc. who are running Houston's restaurants but have a Rhode Island connection. It's for one of the stories I plan on writing while down there.
