huge news that Chef Thomas Bille will be developing the new menu and re-launch of Baja Sur in Creekside West. We have already tasted a lot of the new menu and it will be a lot of his great heavily Mexican influenced dishes with his signature creativity. Thomas blew people away with his Belly of the Beast restaurant in old town Spring and then went on to lead Chivos in the Heights before joining the team here at Baja Sur. No doubt his amazing flavors will do well at this concept and will bring some really interesting tastes to the Creekside area.
