Checked out progress in Helix Park in the Med Center Today

Rode my bike from rice military down to med center to check out the helix park development.

Amazing weather today. First of all what a complex! Cranes everywhere, buildings look impressive, the dna helix shaped paths looked amazing! I’m not sure most people are aware of what a fantastic project that is going on in Houston.

Well designed for pedestrians and cyclists also.

I’ll say getting there from Herman Park was more stressful than I thought from bike. It’s a shame Herman park bike infra is so lacking and the cars drive too fast around the med center. Glad to see this project is pushing against it being so car centric
