So we are an up an coming BBQ joint with the idea to blend Texas and the Mexican state of Colima, due to its different season style recipes and takes on traditional moles and slow cooked meats. Also because my family are from there. We have been going around town doing popups at local breweries and bars in the Houston area. We like to have fun so we make menus based on a theme and or movie we like.
