Cheap(ish) Eats by the Convention Center

I'm staying near the convention center next week for a conference. What's in walking distance that's affordable and delicious? I'm thinking tacos, pupusas and other SA foods, banh mis, bowls of noodles, shwarma, all the ethnic bites! Trucks, mom and pop shops, places for food, not ambiance.

Oh and also coffee.
