Cheapest pedicure

The wife wants me to go for a pedicure, I’m adamantly against it / don’t want to spend much on it. Im looking for recommendations for places, Chinatown/Bellaire I’m guessing (could be elsewhere) that are reasonably priced? I’m near IKEA so that’s pretty central, anything within a 20 min drive.
