Cheap motel for month to month?

Hi all,

I have a friend who lives off of Social security, he is currently staying at a motel for around $800 a month but he recently was told that the property is closing in two weeks. Would anyone know of something similar around town? He prefers a single room type set up.

Any help would be appreciated
