Cheap Japanese on the north side

Any tips or recommendations for some cheap Japanese in north Houston ? I’m not looking for Benihanas or Khanki or Tokyo Japan etc.

I’m talking 9.95 Habachi chicken lunch with rice and veggies. Ala Habachi Japan or Japan express.
