Cheap Gym Inside Loop?

Yo, Looking for a cheap gym that has kind of a warehouse vibe inside of the loop for not much per month. Prefer place that’s not super crowded. Mostly looking for free weights and a squat rack.

*I do not want to go to 24 hour fitness or planet fitness.
