Cheap Fiber Internet – Houston Heights

Anyone aware of / use a multi-gig fiber service in Houston Heights that is not AT&T? I have no issues with AT&T, in fact I like them a lot. But I want to upgrade from 1 Gig and I can't justify paying $245/mo for 5 Gig when there are tons of new Fiber companies in Houston charging much cheaper.

Ezee – Not in my zip code; they have 5 Gig @ $99/mo. They seem to be the cheapest.

Tachus – Not in my zip code

Blue Stream Fiber – Not in my zip code

Also – anyone have insights from any of these other companies if they are planning to expand to inner loop soon/ever?
